Refund and balance policy

The following information is important and we ask you to please read it carefully.

DEPOSIT - Minimum $100 deposit per week required within 7 days of booking to confirm accommodation ($200 per week required for all school holiday periods)

BALANCE - required 30 days prior to arrival for school holiday bookings, 14 days prior for non school periods

CANCELLATION POLICY - all cancellations incur a $20 cancellation fee. The balance will be refunded provided the accommodation is re-let. If the property is not re-let, no refund is applicable and all moneys paid will be forfeited
